She recently revealed on Instagram that she has hit her weight-loss goal after shedding seven stone.
And now Chanelle Hayes has showcased her incredible transformation in a before-and-after comparison picture.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday afternoon, the 33-year-old TV personality said that her weight loss has allowed her to make the most of the hot weather with her children.
Looking good! Chanelle Hayes showcased her seven stone weight loss as she shares snaps before and after her transformation and says losing weight has ‘made the heat enjoyable’
Penning a lengthy message alongside the comparison picture, Chanelle wrote: ‘I have definitely enjoyed the hot weather much more this year.
‘Losing so much body fat has made the heat enjoyable instead of unbearable.
‘Plus, this summer I can actually fit down the treehouse slide which Frankie has loved because I can actually play with him this year. (Blakely still maintains I am uncool and embarrassing regardless of whether I can fit down the slide or not lol).
‘No holidays abroad for us this year anymore, but Costa del Yorkshire is good enough for us. We had Turkey and Mexico cancelled… what about you guys?
‘Losing so much body fat has made the heat enjoyable’: Chanelle penned an uplifting message alongside her pictures talking about how confident she now feels
‘The diff in weight between these pics is 106lbs and dress sizes are 18 and 10 (uk) #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #travel #mumofboys #mumlife #mumsofinstagram #bariatricsurgery #healthylifestyle.’
Last week, Chanelle revealed to her Instagram followers that she has reached her goal weight, in a humble and happy post.
Sharing side-by-side photos, Chanelle looked incredible in the most recent, which saw her posing in a skimpy black strap-top and leopard-print thigh-split skirt.
She looked a shadow of her former self compared the a snap taken months ago when she was over seven stone heavier.

In the before photo, she held out her arms in a black dress, with the after snap displaying a lean, healthier look.
She posed in her hallway sporting a tanned glow, a cropped brunette hair style.
She wore a black belt around her slim waist and toted a matching purse and chunky black boots.
Make-up was flawless with the ex Big Brother star adding gold chains around her neck to accessorise.
Proud: She told fans she had ‘finally made it’ and got herself down to her target weight and size of 9st 10lb and size 10 clothes
She told fans she had ‘finally made it’ and got herself down to her target weight and size of 9st 10lb and size 10 clothes.
In a proud caption, Chanelle penned: ‘So I hit a personal goal recently and now weigh back inside the 9 stones!
‘But not everything is about what it says on the scales… in the first pic on the left I didn’t even know my weight because I didn’t want to… although I know it was around 17 stone as I had surgery not too long from that pic (I took that picture to use as inspiration to get healthy again).
‘What I do know is that I couldn’t walk up the stairs that day and opted for the escalator on that trip. I also had to put talc under my boobs, in between my thighs and under my upper arms to stop the rashes I would get from chafing.
Wow! It comes after Chanelle proudly showcased the results of her seven stone weight loss as she shared new before and after snaps to Instagram
‘I avoided every mirror or reflection and generally did not care about or like myself very much.
‘On the right pic, I still get nervous around my reflection in case I see the person I was before who was so desperately unhappy and I still get under boob chafes, but I feel so proud to post myself looking and feeling confident and healthy again.
‘My weight and addiction to food has held me back for so many years I have to pinch myself when I remember I am healthy again and can fit into normal sized clothes without a crying episode in the changing rooms.
‘What is your goal weight / size? Mine is 9st10lb and size 10 clothes and I have finally made it! [sic]’
Candid: Writing a lengthy caption alongside her post, the former Big Brother star revealed her ‘five lessons I have learnt since having weight loss surgery’
This isn’t the first time Chanelle has shown off the incredible results of her weight loss by sharing a before and after snap.
She looked incredible as she posed with her arms out and explained that in the first image she weighed 242lbs (17stone) while the second showed her at 141lbs (10 stone).
Chanelle’s arms and legs were much more toned in the ‘after’ snap, which saw her wearing a white sports bra and black pants.
She also flaunted her taut midriff as she held out her arms and shared the update on her fitness journey with fans.
The star has been extremely candid about her weight loss and recently revealed her weight ‘spiralled’ during the first lockdown to 17st4lb which was ‘morbidly obese’ for her 5ft4in height.
Writing a lengthy caption alongside her post, Chanelle detailed the ‘five lessons she’s learnt’ since having surgery – including how her relationship with food has changed and that she exercises differently now.
She penned: ‘5 lessons I have learnt since having weight loss surgery.
‘1. It does not change my relationship with food. Bariatric surgery is only a tool, if I don’t use it consistently and correctly it will fail. Addressing abnormal relationships with food is so important if I want to become healthier physically and mentally.
‘2. Not everyone will understand my choice and that’s ok because it is MY journey. ‘Just eat less and move more’, ‘you’ve taken the easy option’, are a few comments I’ve heard along the way.
‘Believe me, it is not easy (wish it was!) and it was not an option I took lightly. But it has been the best decision I’ve made in terms of my health.
Candid: She took to Instagram to post the pictures as she admitted she was ‘nervous’ to share her transformation as she was in such a ‘low place’ mentally
‘3. Exercise is different now. I’ve always enjoyed working out (I’m actually a qualified PT, crazy as this may seem) but I actually feel proud to exercise and improve my body after all the junk I’ve been feeding it all these years. It’s my way of saying ‘hey body, I’m sorry for abusing you…here’s an olive branch’ (or a dumbbell).
‘4. Weight looks different on everybody. I am trying to stop focussing on other people’s weights because my only competitor is myself.
‘Ten people could weigh exactly the same but have completely different body compositions. Selfishly (but thankfully) I now only care about myself and mine.
‘5. Even though I’ve lost weight, I’ve grown as a person. I have been every size you can think of and can empathise with the issues that come with them all. I realise people may plaster on a smile – at any size – but not be ok beneath the surface.
‘Going through this experience has really given me a better understanding of private struggles and how easy it is to hide them.’
The star then ended her post saying: ‘Thought I would share this today on #womancrushwednesday because my #wcw this week is ME… and I don’t think I’ve ever been able to say that before.’
Before and after: The mother-of-two has been sharing regular updates on her transformation as well as candid snaps showcasing her weight loss
