In upcoming scenes, Stacey (Lacey Turner) will apologise to her ex Martin Fowler (James Bye) and admits she feels awful and blames herself for what happened.
However, things will go from bad to worse when Ruby (Louisa Lytton) spills all and tells Martin that Stacey and Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) locked her in her office and forced her to take a pregnancy test.
Martin is not happy and when Kush tries to explain to him what happened, Martin refuses to listen and ends up punching Kush.
Stacey was shocked when Ruby’s pregnancy test turned out to be positive – and Ruby looked rather stunned too.
However, recent spoilers for the BBC soap revealed panic for Ruby after she learned she was only seven weeks into her pregnancy, and not 12 as she had claimed to Martin.
Ruby is set to have a blazing row with Stacey, before making an alarming discovery.
As she heads into the toilets, she realises she is bleeding and abruptly leaves before phoning the hospital telling them she is pregnant.
Towards the end of the week, Stacey and Ruby talk things through and find themselves reminiscing over their teenage years.
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
