Little Mix have responded to claims they are going to split.
The girlband recently released their sixth album Confetti, but there’s been rumours the girls are planning on going their own ways and launching solo projects.
“You know, eventually in the future we might go off and do our own bits and bobs – but Little Mix will literally never die,” Jade Thirlwall said on Ash London.
“And we’ve always said that – we’re like, no, we always need Little Mix,” she continued.
“I think it’s nice that people are starting to do their own bits and bobs at the same time. I definitely want to travel more and see more fans all over the world.”
Some fans have been worried about the future of the group after it was announced member Jesy Nelson was taking a hiatus.
The group’s publicist tweeted a statement that said: “Jesy is having extended time off from Little Mix for private medical reasons.
“We will not be issuing any further comment currently and ask media to please respect her privacy at this time.”
“Jesy is unwell and will not be appearing on tonight’s final of Little Mix: The Search,” a band representative said earlier this month.
“She will also not be hosting or performing at tomorrow’s MTV EMAs [Europe Music Awards].”
Little Mix’s new album Confetti is available to buy now.
